It was a great massage

Being that I’m a BigBear, I was not expecting this to be any good because there is no way this short little woman is going to get deep enough to loose those deep knots. What happens next is an amazing 1-hour deep tissue massage. Grace’s hands are MAGICAL! Her technique is really great and well balanced. I was glad about it because I really needed that massage. When the hour was up my whole body was relaxed and relieved. Back in the lobby, my friend told me how amazing her therapist was too. In the end, Eden Massage and Spa really came through, and both of us were really blown away by the end results. Guess the old saying is true, “Don’t judge a book by its cover.”

I've been to Eden Massage and Spa about 10 times now, and it's just a fantastic place for bodywork. As a triathlete, I like some sport massage, including stretching, as part of the regular massage. Grace can really find the knots and sore areas and work things out, incorporating stretches for both legs and upper back into her technique. I had a hip problem (tensor fascia latae) and in 2 massage sessions, she worked it out. If you're looking for a quiet, very well appointed, relaxing environment for massage, and you want a truly excellent massage, then go to Eden Massage and Spa for sure.
